2009 Eclipse Trip to China - Episode 6

This is the 5th and 6th days of the TravelQuest International tour of China. By now, we have largely left the tour group, which was scheduled to spend the day in the countryside at a silk factory where the locals would attempt to lighten the wallets of unsuspecting tourists. Faced with the prospect of 5 hours on a bus for this experience, we decided instead to visit a local museum.

Then, as weather prospects for the eclipse steadily declined, we made a decision to not only leave the group, but to leave the city and travel inland looking for clear skies.
