My version of what happen after DH (ignoring the epilogue). Its a bit fast, so I provide a summary, please read before u watch. I am n0t really good with summary, but here's some explanation.
::Summary::
Harry wakes up, realising he just defeated Voldemort. He think back about things that happen, esp. his friendship with Hermione and Ron. He and Hermione realise their feelings for each other, but there is one problem, Hermione is with Ron. Harry doesn't want to upset Ron, so he avoid Hermione and ask her to pretend to love Ron.
In the celebration party (for the death of Voldemort) Harry cant take his eyes off Hermione who goes to the party with Ron. Ron is jealous and Hermione cant stand it anymore, she tells Ron about her feelings toward Harry. Ron think Harry want to steal Hermione and get angry. Secretly, he think back of their friendship, and he understands that Hermione always love Harry, right from the beginning. He forgive Harry and Hermione.
