Hmmm sounds like your p/s pump is whining. Time for a rebuild.

ahhh i was waiting for sumone to shed sum light on that whineing nosie i waz thinking it was the timming belt

Yeah, I'd put my money on it being the p/s pump, if you look under it and on top of the steering parts is there any fluid? as this would indicate its leaking which usually goes with it making odd sounds. Other wise it could well be the water pump... You can narrow it down by taking off the serpentine belt and listen to see if it makes the same noise with out it, if so it would be something being spun by the cam belt.

oh ok good idea i mite give it a try today mate thanks but im geussing its somthing on the cam belt coz the p/s isnt leaking and i put my ear near it the other day and i couldnt hear anything if anything the nosie seem to be coming for the left OHC

Another thing you can try is find a good medal rod and put it on different areas of the engine and listen. And just listen to the different noises... U can atleast get it narrowed down to just a couple of parts if not exactly what it is.
