They sound EXACTLY like my neighbors. Why do some people always talk at max volume? My neighbors SHOUT everything they say. EVERYTHING. From the little kids to the old people, they yell. Why is that? Can't you just talk? Why does everything have to be SHOUTED AT THE TOP OF YOUR LUNGS? It's insane and it drives other people crazy. Take it down about 10 notches.
