    I was wondering what is your age? I just turned fifty on june 27 th and need to know

    if I am in your age group or older, this so I will have an idea of how the challenge will work for me.

  • You really know your nutrition. But lets NOT touch on B-12. It's just one more thing they want us to worry about.......like protein, Omega this and that, K2-whatever, Lime disease, Avian flu, swine flu, sars, germs, bacteria, the Sun!

  • Mother's breast milk has ~1g protein per 100 grams. This is more than enough for infants developing new tissue at the fastest rate of life. Active adults need smaller ratios of protein.

  • A great book called 'The China Study' debunks the popular misconception that animal protein is superior to plant protein.

    It's a great read.

  • You are looking great!!!!!!! Keep on the raw road. I think I've had an easier time than you have because I was on a VERY healthy diet before I started the raw thing. So I don't crave anything, but sometimes I still eat too much. Have to work on that. Love your videos, all except the one with the dogs. You are obviously working very hard to do this and succeeding. G

  • Hahah, protein is so overrated and worshipped like a god. I never even worry about it one bit. Nothing wrong with raw vegan path.
