This is a version of the T-stop used in Inline skating, improvised for Heelys. On Inlines you would use the wheels, which are generally slightly harder compound than the soles of shoes, so they would suffer less damage from a T-stop - to do a T-stop on Heelys you'd have to use the side of the sole or shoe, which will scuff it up faster being as it wasn't designed for T-stops, so be warned that this trick is not a something that it's wise to use often if you have few pairs of Heelys or don't want to have to buy more soon. That said, if used sparingly, on smooth surfaces, the wear can be negligible. But obviously if done hard, with some Heelys it can leave lines on some floors, so probably not something you should do at the mall, as anti-skating types will probably take offence. :D Thanks.
