Do not let them into your house without a warrant, ever! Problem is that during a high school party there are kids coming and going the door is open all the time, the cops just walk right in. If there questioned on the legality, they will just say the door was open. Alwats have someone monitering the door and keep it closed and locked!!

Ok, you walk in, it's obviously root beer in the keg, no one is stumbling or slurring their speech, you wish the kids a good night and leave. Of course those teenagers are just as annoying and boorish as I was at that age, but that doesn't equal breath tests. If I was a cop there, we would have been gone in 2 minutes.
And that cock and bull story about cops making sure just to be safe doesn't fly. If that's true, do we have cops giving breath tests at every event that involves teenagers?
