@Entigits no supplements, just proteine, brown bread, milk, (peanutbutter)/tuna, cottage cheese, egg white, chicken, beef etc.

s it ok to exercise in cold weather?? cuz i cant do my exercise in morning my body feels down.

because of my disc herniation I had to re-invent my workout. I swim about 3 times a week (great cardio) and I do pull ups, chin ups and push ups for now. I hope to increase more in the future but I'm going slowly due to my injury. Your videos are awesome and inspirational. Thanks!
