Multi tasking is useful but i will admit i dont use it much. The keyboard feels small but after a week you become use to it and will love it. Its wierd cause you can type faster on it than the big ones after a week. In the end i got the pre cause here in the usa sprint is way cheaper than an iphone on at&t.

it's good if you want to keep IM in the background....but i see your point.
Overally, I was disapointed. Still not as smooth as iPhone and the keyboard was just way too small.
