the hour has come closer means the judgement day has come closer, because the splitting of the moon is 1 of the signs of the judgement day and that happened when the people didn't believe muhammed (pbuh) was a prophet so he let the moon split.

GOD MADE SO MANY RELIGIONS BECAUSE?
