Joe and Demi are watching TV.

Demi:Have you thought names for the baby yet?

Joe: *shakes his head*

Demi: I've been thinking that it would be really cool if we have a baby boy. You know, a little you. *smiles but it slowly faded when she noticed that something is wrong with him* What's wrong?

Joe: *tries to put on his best smile* Nothing's wrong.

Demi: Are you sure?

Joe: Yeah. There's nothing to worry about.

Demi: Ok. *moves her gaze back to the TV screen*

Joe: Do you know someone named Camilla?

Demi: Camilla who?

Joe: Camilla Belle.

Demi: Mmmm... no.

Joe: Oh ok.

Demi: Wait. I think I know her. *thinks for a moment* Yeah, I know her. Why?

Joe: She's my ex-girlfriend.

Demi: Oh. Really?

Joe: *nods* I ran into her in McDonald's.

Demi: How's she?

Joe: She's good. She did tell me something though.

Demi: What did she tell you?

Joe: She said that you were so popular in high school.

Demi: But not the most popular. What else did she tell you?

Joe: She told me that you had lots of boyfriends before.

Demi: I had only 3. Is that many?

Joe: Stop making side comments, Dems.

Demi: *giggles* Ok I will stop. Why were you talking about me anyway?

Joe: She said something about- *scratches the back of his neck*

Demi: About what?

Joe: Zoey not being my daughter.

Demi: What? Did you believe her?

Joe: At first, no. I really don't know.

Demi: I don't know if she has good intentions or not, but I swear if she's trying to ruin our family... *gets up* Ugh you're driving me mad.

Joe: *hugs her from behind* I'm sorry.

Demi: *tears started to escape her eyes* Is that what you think of me Joe? A slut? Whore?

Joe: *wipes her tears away* No of course not.

Demi: Do I look like a fucking gold digger to them?

Joe: Sshh baby. *runs his through her hair* I'm sorry.

Demi: *cries in his chest* I would never lie to you about something so big and you know that.

Joe: I know.

Demi: When I slept with you, that was only my 2nd time. I regretted losing my innocence to my first boyfriend because he left me afterwards.

Joe: Same with I did?

Demi: That was a different issue. And you weren't my boyfriend back then. *hugs Joe tight* How can they be so cruel? They know nothing about what I've been through yet they talk like they know my whole life story.

Joe: Let's forget about this ok? Zoey is my daughter and I love her to death. *kisses the top of her head* I love you.

Little did they know that Zoey heard them.
