the girl with the long black hair is the one being bullied by the girl with the blond hair, and the blacked haired girls bullies other people, because she was bullied. But the blond haired girl is also being bullied. its telling us about the chain the forms when bulling happends.

I get it, people bully people who bully them. So bullying is everywhere, like when they say "There are others you know - like her. Why are you everywhere? So I let her know what it feels like - to be singled out. The same way she singles me out"
its a bit confusing but it does make sense. I was in a situation like this where girl wouldn't let me alone and bullied me. I then started fighting back and being very nasty to her and made her feel how she made me feel. Its human nature... in a way :|
