i think for the evian spray, you're supposed to apply the powder mineral foundation first as just a powder, and then spray the evian on, and then it blends itself and settles the makeup. ^_^ but, i dont know. haha

have you tried the aquafina mineral spray, I find its a better than the evian and its super cheap.

no i dont think ive seen it here in canada. and i think it is cheaper because evian mostly jack up its price because of its high profile name. thanks for the suggestions! ill be on the look out.
