Hotbodies undertail exhaust on 05 kawasaki zx6r 636

Just got the hotbodies exhaust installed on my 2005 zx6r. I know about the melting issues I took care of that with extra header wrap and heat shield. It sounds awesome and looks amazing.

Had one and it sucked ass. the tail section melted. HBR refuced to send replacement plastics (said they didn't have any) and shortly after that they stopped making this product.

HotBodiesRacing makes good fairings 'n stuff but this exhaust was crap.

@skarpskyttar you really should calm down and search the net before assuming your right. yeah I know your's is only 599cc. 2003-2006 were the only years that they made the zx-6r a 636 and the zx-6rr the 599. Take 2 sec and search the net and you'll see what I'm talking about.

@skarpskyttar Actually you fail, the ZX-6RR is a 599cc bike. The ZX-6R is a 636cc bike, do some research.

@Xz313 Its under the fender delete. there are two holes in the plastic where the exhaust comes out. Its kinda like a fender AND exhaust delete.
