UFO over New Smyrna Beach, Florida #1

When I first observed this UFO, I thought it was a boat on the ocean. I was looking down at it from my fourth floor ocean front timeshare balcony. I noticed that the lights were pulsating, so I continued to watch it. After at least 5 minutes of hovering over the ocean in one spot, the UFO rose in the sky higher than the 5 story building that I was in. At that point I woke up my wife and ran for my video camera. It came closer to us and went to the left were it stayed hovering in the sky. It made no noise at all. I could hear the waves crashing, but still no noise from this object. It finally took off towards the north bridge. It was flying just above the roof tops of houses. It then appeared to land near or on the inland waters. I continued to pan over that direction to see if I could see it again. I did see it one more time just above the roof tops going north very slowly.

did you report this to mufon or nuforc? i'm a full-time resident of new smyrna, and i've seen many many ufo's in the two years that i've lived here.

@microphonewench - No, I didn't know who I should contact. I also saw other strange objects that night that I couldn't capture on film. They were just too far away. Do you have the websites for these agencies?

lol its called a plane.... your have new syrmna airport. daytona airport, all in that area....
