The American Health Association recommends that you get five servings of fruit each and every day. However, if this is not possible, then stomping five servings of fruit per day is the next best thing. Stomping lets off steam and that is good thing. And stomping fruit is much better than stomping your overbearing boss or your annoying in-law. Plus stomping fruit is not illegal.
