@jthomas31t According to BILLBOARD, the No. 1 selling pop single for 1952, is "Blue Tango" by Leroy Anderson.
Joni James' recording was #1 on the pop singles bestselling chart; yes, but late in 1952. So she didn't make the Top 30 bestselling singles of that year.
However, she did manage to chart as the 25th bestselling single of 1953, with "Why Don't You Believe Me?" She also had the #'s 26th and 30th bestselling singles of that year. ("Your Cheating Heart"; "Have You Heard"

@jymmysun Glad you got a chance to hear it. I thank God that He gives me the chance to stop and listen to the music. I may not be pleased with it all but am thankful for what does please me.
