Cupcakes de Limon, Pastelillos de limon --Español--

Ingredientes

1 1/2 taza de harina para pastel
1 taza mas 1 cucharada de azucar granulada
1 1/2 barras de mantequilla sin sal a temperatura ambiente
1/4 de taza de crema agria
3 huevos a temperatura ambiente
1/2 cucharada de ralladura de limon
1/4 taza de jugo de limon
1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1 cucharadita de extracto de limon

I actually have a really hard time trying to translate the ingredients to spanish... well this one was easy, but I do have a blog in Spanish and it is a pain to translate the ingredients, just because I don't know the exact name in Spanish, like red potatoes, I would call them "papas rojas" but the real name is Galeana potato!! I had no idea! But once I come back from my vacation, I will for sure try to make more Spanish videos! :D Have a great day Miki!

@slolita1 I just mentioned it because my thesis is on diet and Hispanic childhood obesity in California...so one of the ideas is that there are more translated materials in Spanish, since that community is vulnerable to higher rates of obesity. You know what I mean? If I knew Spanish like you, I would totally do my videos in Spanish! :D I think it would help me in getting the job I want, lol...anywho, have a nice week girl! :P
