  • @Realnofriendofbush hi very simple I soaked the almonds about 12 hours, I have a juicer that i can put the nuts into and it turns it into a paste type of consistency. I have also soaked the dates overnight and put them through as well, put both together in a mixing bowl using the wonderful tools called hands, fold and mash them together.

    I have since been told that the nut/ date combination is not a good fat/sugar mix but I still make it occasionally cos it tastes great :-)
