AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS PRETTY MUCH GONE.HEIDI VAUGHAN For a second straight day, firefighters are battling a fast-moving blaze north of Sacramento. But hot, dry winds kicked up new fires in the area Wednesday while the fire was only 60-percent contained.
