@andreasaugello1 His tail was like this when i perchased him from the exotic pet shop. apparently his previous owner put him in fights with other boscs and he had it bitten off. pretty pathetic really but it doesn't effect him, fortunately.

whats the smallest moniter you can by ive got a good sized tank but wouldnt hold a moniter that size

@98IronMaiden I like in the UK and from an exotic pet shop you can get these only a couple of months old, so roughly 4-6 inches in length.

How often do you feed yours? I feed mine every other day but he doesn't retain weight. Is it because of his health problems

@redtailedpython i dont hand feed every time, this was mainly a taming method, which worked really well. is he active for most of the time? there could be many reasons why really. not neccesserily health problems. if its been happening for a while, it might be best to get him checked out to be on the safe side :)
