@NaziJuice no, the air/fuel inlets and the exhaust outlets in an engine are called the intake and exhaust ports. When a car is ported it refers to any imperfections being removed from the ports (and often the rest of the cylinder head) or the ports being changed in any way that would allow for better fuel/air delivery and exhaust evacuation. I hope that's a relatively simple explanation :)
