If we could all see how much Cait cared for him, why couldn't Hawke?

  • Great video...thanks...what episode is 2:19 from?

  • The episode is Horn Of Plenty, the scene after Cait has injected Hawke with the drug to bring him around from the brain washing. The following scene is from Natural Born. Hope that helps.

  • Growing up in the '80s, I admired Stringfellow Hawke. He was the ultimate cool guy -- tough, determined, slightly rough-around-the-edges; a real loner -- and yet, exceptionally loyal to the few friends that he had. Lived in a log cabin, had fine art, and flew one heck of a helicopter ... I had the biggest crush on Jean Bruce Scott's character, Caitlin O'Shannessy, as a kid ... she looked great way back when, and has passed the test of time -- she still looks great whenever I watch Airwolf now :D

  • i'm russian fan of airwolf . Jan Michael Vincent - the best ! and Jean Bruce Scott - very sexy ! it's a my favorite film of my youth !

  • @5pursuit yea exactly it does make you wonder if hawke and cait would have made a good couple ?

  • A lot of discussion here about the poster's question. Its simple, really. He's a solider and not only did he live through a war, but he's constantly surrounded by death. The stress is bound to create attachment issues for him.

  • one of my favorite scenes of the whole show, it stands out

  • @5pursuit,

True, very true. I don't know....I think Cait would have been more able to take care of herself than Gabrielle was.....(just my opinion)....although, against a psycho like Moffet, who knows? I think Gabrielle would have been killed whether she had been Hawke's lover or not, simply because Moffet would stop at nothing to protect what he wanted. But, good points. XD

  • @knightryderrwn You have to go back to the pilot movie when Michael was talking to Gabriel, when he talked that he liked her because of his actions. Talking about that he felt that anyone he cared for would die, and that is why he was cold to her at first. Hawke opened up to Gabriel, and we remember what happened to her after he did.

  • Great sound quality...........

  • @MYRWX,

You can say that again!! I never understood how Hawke could keep his emotions (and other things) under control with a woman who looked like *THAT* around all the time!! That would drive me bonkers.

  • @rds13601,

You mean USA, right? Good theory about Cait taking care of Hawke @ the cabin -- something I hadn't considered. But a good idea!! :)
