I learned this 4 Count Boxing Drill from Ajarn Chai Sirisute of the Thai Boxing Association of the U.S.A.
This is my own variation on the TBA 4 count drill because I've added extra sections. Here my son Colin holds focus mitts for J.J. Stewart of Team F.A.S.T.
1. 4 Count hits (jab/cross/hook/cross).
2. Head evasions against the left hook and against the right cross or overhand.
3. Covering against the body shots -- right hook/uppercut and then left hook/uppercut.
4. Covering against head shots -- right cross/overhand and then left hook.
5. Head evasion against double strikes -- right hook/overhand and then left hook.
#4 and #5 are my additions to the drill.
