  • Glad Ken is getting some recognition now. He was a great fighter and an exciting champ. I got to meet him when he was champ and I was an amateur fighter. He was a class act. I'll always admire him.

  • Quality documentary!

  • @cizer77

Scotland is part of Britain, we all understand eachother fairly well.

  • @lickstickly as i say, most lists put buchanan top. do you want me to send you a couple of links to lists which support me?

  • @scottishlad1987 "i wouldnt put Calzaghe in the top ten" hmmmm so retiring undefeated in over 40 fights ruling your weight class completely all with hands that doctors at a young age told him would be no good as a fighter does not even make your top ten?, but 2 scottish boxers who were flawed are the best eh? biased much?

  • Delighted to find this. Put a smile on my face same way the big banner on Leith Walk wi Ken skipping did... Barry. Thanks for making it available.

  • i've looked around a fair bit and they usually put buchanan at the top, or at least second. don't worry, i'm not being biased i'm just saying what i've heard from the experts. i wouldn't say calzaghe was even in the top ten. i don't know too much about most of the boxers you said there, i'll give them a look. i wish britain had a floyd mayweather or someone similar, best boxer around just now, for me anyway.

  • they both speak like "a british", they are both from britain and speak the way others spoke around them while they were growing up, which is how speech is learned. i apologize for the idiot comment but what i said was correct.

  • Most boxing experts would probably say Bob Fitzgerald or Jimmy Wilde are the two best British boxers. Im not saying Lynch and Buchanan were shit far from it but to say they are the two best British boxers is slightly biased when you've got all the great Welsh fighters like Wilde, Jim Driscoll, Freddie Welsh, Howard Winstone, Joe Calzaghe and English fighters like Fitz, Lennox, Ted Lewis, Jackie Berg, Owen Moran and Peter Kane. There is plenty of talent that has produced by all three countries.

  • Jim Watts speaks like a british. His neigbour Buchanan speaks in a totally different way. I'm just looking at facts. So no need for the idiot shit. Sometimes people do have their own strange way of speaking. Maybe they speak like that where he's from. Anyway, it is very hard to understand what he's saying for any American or British.
