While 4G speeds have been tested in other parts of the country, most notably in Cornwall by Orange and O2 in Slough, this is the first time the capital has had 4G masts erected, with over 25 being strung up in an area of 40-square kilometres. The trial will run until June 2012, and will use the 2.6GHz spectrum band; something Ofcom has approved in light of next year's 4G spectrum auction.
4G isn't this fast. I've seen quite a few 4G phones, and there not as fast as this video is showing.

Lol O2 3G is crap! Least compare it to Three UK internet dongle that regularly get between 2-4mb download speeds! I'll wait until over 100,000 are using it before I jump the world wide 3G ship.
