材料:大溪黑豆干8塊、蔥2支、八角3粒、薑2片、芝麻
調味料:冰糖1小匙、味精少許、鹽1小匙、醬油膏1大匙、米酒2大匙
蜜汁材料:水3大匙、糖2大匙、鹽1/4小匙、麥芽糖1大匙

做法:
1.豆乾對剖再對切,切成片狀。
2.熱鍋用少許油爆香蔥、薑、八角,加入冰糖1小匙、味精少許、鹽1小匙、醬油膏1大匙、米酒2大匙,再加入水跟豆乾,蓋上鍋蓋等水滾後再續煮10分鐘,豆乾撈起備用,挑­去蔥薑。
3.熱油鍋,油溫120度後,豆干分次加入,用大火油炸3分鐘即可撈起。
4.蜜汁材料加入鍋中,加熱煮融即可關火,豆干加入鍋中拌勻即可撈起,灑上芝麻增香即可。
