when i try to install the programs at 2:25 it says that the application requires special hardware features or the vender decided to not support your computer type. please help

well most modern nvidia and ati graphics cards seem to work with the drivers. Have you the restricted drivers turned on? if you have and you still can't get it then u've an old unsupported card and u'll need a new one.
