  • @Brickinasock Sunflower oil is a polyunsaturated fat, witch means it should only be used for low temperature cooking. Like baking for example, anything above 100 degrees ferinhight and it will turn ran-sit, I would recommend to stay away from all vegetable oils, sunflower oil, canola oil, safflower oil ...........
