May 14, 2009: Dave Perkins and friends performed at Nashvilles 3rd and Lindsley to mark the release of Daves new album, Pistol City Holiness. This clip begins with the band playing Allen Toussaints On Your Way Down with a tip-of-the-hat to Little Feat. However, they quickly take off into unexplored territories. Perkins, Wynans, and Klay serve up masterful solos. Watts and Price show why they are a phenomenal rhythm section.
I like this very much. I met Dave in 1985 when he produced our livealbum In His Majestys service with The Swedish rockband Jerusalem. I have not talked to him seens then, but hopefully i meet him soon again. Be blessed Dave. From Michael Ulvsgard, the drummer.

I was there that night. Awesome, awesome. And this is delicious too! It burns and soothes all at the same time. Kinda like whiskey chased by chicken soup, good for what ails ya!
