@agentfazexx i"m going to have to agree with you, the runway at midway is just long enough for a 737 to land on.on approach to midway the pilots go at the slowest airspeed possible or else when they land they will be going too fast and overshoot the runway. i've landed at Chicago Midway plenty of times on southwest going to Albany and everytime we slow down just enough by the end of the runway to turn off.

@tjisnumbaone You couldn't be more wrong.
1. You aren't looking at the airspeed, so shut up.
2. Illegal? No.
3. The landing was FINE. Stop saying it wasn't.

@agentfazexx - they were going too fast, and they went off into the opposite end of the runway's departure area which technically is illegal in the world of aviation.

Man what a overspeedy final! :O
-
they were goin to fast
-
they really have to get down in a hurry, notice how they used the entire runway to land
-
I only took off and landed at Midway once, and that was years ago, but I'll never forget our approach...thought we were going to clip a chimney or two just before we hit the runway. Needless to say, I prefer O'Hare :)

I'm tired of everyone saying they came in too fast on final... Did they overshoot the runway? Did they bounce? No... the landing was just fine.
