Dos Equis Beer - Cine Intro - STOP MOTION

A huge wall made of Ice being melted in many hours using Stop Motion.
Dos Equis asked film-maker Isi Sarfati to create an art piece that could go prior to film projects that the brand is now sponsoring. Sarfati created a 4m x 2m ice wall with two X's filled up with over 500 beers in each "X". He created what he called "an oven" designed with hot lights in order to melt the wall in 8 hours. Shot using stop motion, the piece was finally put in reverse in order to see the wall grow from the ground up.

The piece was screened for the first time at the Morelia Film Festival in 2011 with Michel Gondry prior to the screening of one of his films.
