The year was 1986. The location: A secret hideaway in Kilburn, North London.
Desperadoes Dig and Ford Wallet were holed up for a weekend with a roomful of recording equipment, two cases of beer, and a fierce drive to leave their mark on the world.
They knew what they had to do. They held Matt Lake and Rob Tidd to ransom and forced them to witness a depraved recording session, of which this track is a part. The Brothers had the contact information of impresario Morgan Frew, and they sent him tapes and photographs of their weekend recording session. Frew would be so shattered by this that he later emigrated and became a recluse in the United States, where he lives to this day.
If anyone knows the whereabouts of Frew or either of the Wallet Brothers, for the love of God, don't share it. Frew couldn't take the pressure.
