So you have to tell God you're in his house? She states, "God doesn't know you're there if you don't say nothing." I guess what she's saying is God isn't all knowing and he's not everywhere at all times? This video is disturbing.

She is doing what we call exhortation in the black/african american church. It is true that God inhabits the praises of His people. He steps into our praise and fixes things!! She's speaking of praising God. She's trying to say that if you raise your hand and call God, He comes to see about you!! God loves when we PRAISE him, his ears are attentive to us.

Well remember God is going to be GOD if we praise Him or not, because He is unconditional, He doesn't change.

right, right.....But most of the time your praise determines the outcome of your circumstance!!!! Though God is all knowing he likes us to tell him about him self!!!

I understand what you are saying, but our praise does NOT determine the outcome of our circumstances. There are people who are terminally ill with cancer who know that they are going to die and they still give GOD the PRAISE. I do believe that God will step in our PRAISE and not change our situation, but it will also change us.
