Selected for the YouTube Play Guggenheim event, this film was selected as one of 25 out of 23,000 videos from around the world that were then shown at the Guggenheim in New York, and it will now go to the Guggenheim in Venice, Bilboa.
Luis is the 2nd short video of the series Lucía, Luis y el lobo (Lucía, Luis and the Wolf), it is a follow-up to the short video Lucía. The video was shot frame by frame with a digital photo camera. Materials: charcoal, dirt, flowers, found objects and cardboard.

At first this didn't make any sence, then I watched Luicia. Spanish sounds creepy in hushed tones like that. I don't think it would have the same effect in any other language.
