  • This is not Alabama.

  • verry pretty

  • this song gets to me everytime i hear it

  • Hate to be the bearer of bad news... but this is mislabeled, this is the NewSong release of "The Christmas Shoes." Beyond that the beautiful song, makes me tear up if not cry every time I hear it... no driving when this song is played lol

  • i cry everytime i hear this song and when i watch the movie i cry my eyes out .

  • I always love hearing this song on the radio when it's close to Christmas

  • LOVE THIS SONG!!! LOVE THE BOOK!!! LOVE THE MOVIE!!!

  • @mitchtheman54 i love this song too and we sung it at my schools concert it was awesome

  • oh my god....I felt like crap afterwards but honestly had to laugh at this song. It just feels like such a blatant, unsubtle attempt to yank at your heartstrings. I mean why not just throw in a line about the kid having a lisp and walking with crutches?

The only song that so blatantly exploits peoples feelings more has to be Alan Jackson's "When the world stopped turning" .

These are really the guys that did "Song of the South"
