Yeah, so it's time for another obligatory "I'm still alive" update. As one can surmise from the title, I spent the past couple of hours setting up my smexy black Wii (yes, I held out all this time just because of the color; I'm shallow like that), so I decided to have a bit of fun with Graces. Note that this is only the second time I've touched a Wii, my first time using the nunchuck part, and my first time playing Graces, so have a laugh on me. Hell, have two because I didn't even know where the Z button was (I had to find it during the battle ^^;) or the C button. You would think that I'd know better than to button mash with a CC battle system by now, but apparently not. XD

And just to make things perfectly clear, I have NO intention of subbing Graces. I only did this little tidbit because a) I'm long overdue for a video, so I at least owed y'all that much, and b) I didn't have to look anything up for a change. Plus, there are already two very capable groups working on Graces, so like anyone needs me anyway. ^^

And I'll get back to working on your regularly scheduled program soon. *guilty face*

EDIT: I'm getting asked this a lot, so I'll elaborate on the people working on Graces. The first group is subbing videos on Youtube (like I did with Rebirth); Kurusu's youtube channel can be found here:

The second group is working on a patch; it's the same group that made the Fatal Frame IV patch. I lost the bloody link to their page (again -_-), but here's the post on GFaqs where they introduce themselves:

I think Kirby started a wiki too (he's the guy who made the ToDr wiki), but I'm not sure if he's working together with Raging_Time or not.

Sorry if this info's kinda vague, but I didn't really investigate too much into either of them because I'm trying to avoid spoilers and I don't use patches (well, more like can't because I'm retarded like that). ^^; As far as I know though, both projects are still in the works. Hope that helps. ^^

  • Team Destiny ftw. Can't wait till Graces F hits the US :)

  • @TheUltraDude There's a reason why it's called the children's battle theme...

  • the secxond group you talked about page is talesofgraces(.)com :D

  • Aw, ha ha, poor young Hubert!

I am almost tempted to go and watch some more of Graces on Kurusu's channel, but I know I'd kick myself for it later on if I did.

  • @VanSensei BTW, sorry if I sound rash, I am a VERY outspoken person.

  • Well, lanyn: You have no choice but to translate Graces now. Namco Bandai decided to royally screw its fans who wanted a localization of it in about every way known to man by not including it on it's list of games for 2010.

If they weren't such asswipes and let another company LOCALIZE THE FUCKING GAME, like XSEED or Atlus or whatever, I'd think we would have it here.

    Seriously! >_>

  • They are making a patch for this game? Super awesome I can't wait for it unless NB manages to release it here.

  • @lanyn Hey, are you talking about your survery? I saw your topic on the GameFAQs Graces boards and I filled it out and everything. Let's keep our fingers crossed this goes somewhere. :D

  • @lanyn I'll see what I can do to spice it up ^^

  • OMG, TALES OF GRACES!!! I want this game :(
