It is. The homebrew scene exists and is still at large, no matter how silent.

@bassacegold OMG Please help me! I'm trying to put a silly song I made with your program on YouTube, and I've been wasting my ENTIRE. FREAKING. DAY. Patching, patching, running emulators, running emulators...I'M GOING INSANE, MAN!!! PLEEEEEASE! Tell me step-by-step what I need to do! I have a folder named "MarioPaintComposer" with all needed files in it. I FCSR patch it then run it using NDS2xgl. WHAT AM I MISSING!?! Thank you!

The DS only has 16 sound channels, meaning it can only play 16 sounds at a time. So the sound system i use finds free channels to play sounds on and older sounds are removed based on priority. So some sounds may not be stopped when they should be but its a hardware limitation that is hard to get around.

Okay so I made a song. But its format isn't compatible with mario paint for windows. How do I record the sound/image like you did for a quality broadcast? AFAIK emulators don't support file systems so homebrew doesn't run.

You'll have to FCSR patch it to append the file system to the rom, after that, just use any screen recording program (I used fraps) to record on emulator. For no$gba (the best emulator) I had to use Nds2xgl in order to capture the screen.

what flashcard are you using?

Press Up or Down on the d-pad, alternatively you can use X and B as well. If you have any further control questions please read the readme.txt file
