@IlyaUshar whats that? boxing is more effective ? there is no art that is more effective than the other its all up to the practitioner, if you are grabbed your punches will be smothered then u must first know how to break free before you can have the space to throw those punches, im sorry but mixed martial arts is the way to go, if attacked by three guys all of my punches cannot be knock out punches and i definately cannot punch a knife or a bat so why is boxing alone more effective ?

@IlyaUshar i myself trained for six months they were training before me, im sorry but you simply cannot judge what you havent experienced, when i say these these girls are the real deal i mean what i say, they were trained not to be bruce lee or jackie chan but they knew exactly what to do to survive against multiple grown men if given no opppontunity to run they knew exactly how to " break bones, gauge eyes as well as manipulate the human body " and they were getting better at it.

She`s only been training for six months, she only thinks she is able to do such things. As i said, don`t even try to do that in real life. I won`t work with grown man.

I`d recommend to all guys going to the boxing. It does not involve too much of "fight philosofy" , but it`s much more effective.
