  • how many should i do from each exercise?

  • @TheAllyP001 This is really only a part of a full 30 minute workout, so this is just a sample video. I suggest that you download the full video to your computer and do the exercise that way, because you need to warm up and cool down too. This Ab attack video focuses more on core strength than our other videos. Let me know how you go!
