Controlled Fatigue Training (CFT) is an exercise program that methodically trains the body to resist fatigue under intense physical stress, while gradually improving all performance capabilities (i.e. strength, speed, velocity, and sustained power).

  • I believe this does train the body to resist fatigue. I use kettlebells myself through the RKC. I believe his exercises do make you one hell of a conditioned person. The diet is perfect.

  • Look at ori hofmekler...my watchman is in a better shape than him...where is the muscle at all in this man... hes giving his hell out energy while lifting small weights like that...i dnt believe this guy...i read his book and tried it for 10 weeks...it was a horrible experience which i never want to have again...holy crap ..guys dnt waste ur time...this diet is a big time failure

  • Ori should have stopped with his warrior diet book and finished up with both money and credibility. His exercise philosophies aren't based in fact and like the poster below says, it looks ridiculous.

  • This looks amazingly silly. I love and greatly benefit from the warrior diet, but these silly movements do not a warrior make. There are so many great training modalities available ( kettlebells, stones, rings, sandbags)--these movements are useless on comparison, but maybe great for people that are afraid to get callouses etc.

  • @funkdoc118 It's pretty much like. You pre-fatigue your body and than you go into specific exercises that help you with combat. The point is to be able to control this fatigue, and to be able to perform good while your under the stress of fatigue. Control your fatigue instead of letting your fatigue control you. For example i'll jump rope as hard as possible for 30 seconds, than i'll grab 5lb dumbells or 2lb dumbells and throw 40-50 punches

  • The punching with the towel looks incredibly lame. I did however just finish his latest book “Unlock your Muscle Gene” and it was very interesting. I would be open to try it if someone could explain what it’s really doing.

  • I have had the pleasure of studying with Ori and many occasions. I condition professional boxers and I can say this style of training is hands down the best I have ever used. Learn it, use it and benefit from it. David Grisaffi C.H.E.K Level II Practitioner
