In order to ascend, all you need to do is follow Jesus's teachings, compassion , forgiveness....how do you forgive...you seek in understanding....lesson after lesson, you toppled or complete your karmic debt you built up life after life until you played it all out....with each lesson you become wiser, more knowledgable, understanding, etc, and yes the pineal gland activations help too.
