@keepyourkiltdown The rest of the sauce is done by adding the cream, butter and some green pepper corns.. leave it for 15-30 seconds before pouring some over the tuna... and garnish with finely chopped baby parsley.
Usually this dish is served all by it self or with pan fired baby potatoes. However, Chef Eric was planning for a twist on the show, which am not completely sure what it was exactly.
