  • I chuckle just a wee bit each time I do this routine...I keep waiting to hear the "story about how you injured yourself in college!" I kid. I kid. I have ADHD so it often only takes me 2 minutes to forget what I was going to say/talking about before I find I've gone off on some totally random tangent.

  • @mguilmot That is the same song as the music that is going on before that, it's "Alone in Kyoto" by Air. It's part of the soundtrack to the film "Lost in Translation"! I love this too!

  • Please do more stretching videos! They are amazing, and there is nothing quite like that feeling you get from stretching. I love how they relax my muscles into slow movements but still give an effective and worthwhile stretch. Thank you!
