It's not like Capcom's exactly marketing to an audience with very little money. Shit, their promotion was a fake protest at E3 a few years back, with paid actors and everything, implying that they wanted a good amount of publicity both from the types of people who would have the money to attend a convention possibly from the other side of the country, and from the people interested who are into such things. The fact that this is marketed for the 360 in the first place, though, DERP.

Most upper middle-class people (not saying that's you) assume everyone in the country has the same stuff as them, like cable, high speed internet, smartphones, online game accounts, etc., when the reality is most people in America actually don't. The majority of current gen gamers do not have online subscriptions. Hell, a lot of people still play PS2 and Gamecube.

To make a DLC a major piece of the storyline would be pretty arrogant on game developers' part.

Late reponse. Actually, DLC's have a pretty big impact on most games (ex: Left 4 Dead, Halo, etc), particularly with big titles aimed towards VERY large audience.  It's best to assume that this is similar, if not the same, ending you'd get, considering everything.

in case you guys dont know isabela keyes.. she is the brother of the one who caused the outbreak in Willamette the place where it took place in dead rising... the first city in the us to have been infected by the zombie outbreak..
