Many patients in the office ask what do I do to keep in shape. The workout is one of those ways. Please note: This workout is the result of years of training and refinement. It must be worked towards in a progressive and sequential manner. Please do not attempt. I would suggest by starting with our Beginner Yoga Manual before moving to more advanced sequences.

  • Looks like good, safe form with the kettlebells, but you didn't lock out on those presses.

    Impressive workout, though, and smooth handling of that 24 kg bell.
