It requires no tools to install and well show that by installing one. Well squeeze it together to get through the top there, this rubber block here will help center it in the truck. Then you just push it into place and make sure you have it nice and level, and tighten down your top half. You dont have to over torque it, just get it nice and snug maybe a turn after that. Thanks for the vid.. just bought some at walmart and the instructions go like this: step 1: install into stake pocket. Step 2: tighten it. And thats it. it doesnt say what the other rubber block is for or how to use it.
