No, I don't have ADHD. I was trying to be my friends eyes and ears outside his car while he seated his rings on his new 500 CI Cadillac motor he put in his Nova. I guess I was trying to look out for any possible problems. Watch as I run around like an idiot.

  • i let my engines idle at about 1500 rpm for 20 minutes. then go on an open road and mash it! then i completly let off the gas and do that for about 20 miles and its fully broken in.

  • wow,wow you are an asshole! What the fuck is this?

  • Easy way to break in the cam is to let the car idle at 1500 RPM for 15 minutes.

  • seat his rings ? Usually drive a car to seat rings, far as I been taught. Go about 20mph, give it gas to about 40mph, then back off hard to 20. Repeat. Probably you meant breaking in the cam. This you do by holding a fast idle after first startup for x-minuites. :) ....a 500 caddy in a nova ?!? OMG!!! Sweet.
