    Lol...By that standard the processors in your radio are "better" than that in your computer. Yes, if you increase transistor counts without doing anything else heat and size will go up, but they've also shrank them down alot, a modern transistor in a processor is 32-45nm in size, and smaller size means less heat/wasted energy. And they can do alot more than just shrinking it, theres power gating, architecture improvements, etc.
