A great day about and about in Anglia. Some tones and lots of variety from various stations including a bash. Apoligies for the shake due to lack of a tri-pod which I forgot.

3. 365509+365537 depart Cambridge for London Kings Cross
4. 317890 departs Whittlesford Parkway for London Liverpool Street, note Stansted express livery
5. A uid XC 170 passes Whittlesford bound for Birmingham New Street
6. 317501 departs Whittlesford for London Liverpool Street with a huge 2 tone
7. A uid NX 317 departs Whittlesford for Cambridge with a 2 tone
8. A uid XC 170 flies through Whittlesford towards Stansted Airport
9. 317505 departs Whittlesford for Cambridge with a loud tone
10. A uid XC 170 passes Whittlesford heading for Birmingham
11. Ex-wagn livery 317651 departs Cambridge
12. 66133 passes cambridge with Sleepers heading towards Whitemoor
13. 90014 bash out of Norwich with a tone, not the very full Crown Point depot
14. 66044 thrashes through ipswich with some hoppers
15. 170207+170206 on an Intercity service towards Norwich at Ipswich

Wicked, getting a pair of 170's in place of the booked 90 is brilliant stuff, not a regular occurance sadly.

I once rode on a pair of Class 170's in Anglia Railways Days first class from Ipswich to Norwich due to maintenace work, loved every second of it :)
